Winning the Youth Olympic Games 100 meters race, by running a blazing 10.42 seconds is a major step towards his unlitmate goal of becoming the country's top sprinter. The St. Catherine native said he has been dreaming of this day since he was six years old. With the natural ability and personality, expect big things from Skeen in the near future.
