Lil Wayne will be dropping a mixtape by year's end, as his manager hinted at yesterday in an interview. "I'm Not A Human Being," the aunto-tuned heavy lp will also be releasing on September 27th. DJ Drama as also has been on the record for saying that the mixtape will be Wayne's fourth installment of the Dedication Series.
