First I want to give a shout out to Alex Rodriguez for hitting his 600th home run. That's a huge achievement that's still a pretty impressive stat to have on your resume. Way to go A-Rod, hope you keep on banging out of the park.
Now in Laue of A-Rod going yard his 600th time, let me give another shout out to the real "Home Run King," Josh Gibson. Gibson is credited with 962 homers in his career. 962. Nick-named "The Black Babe Ruth" for good reason, in one season he hit 84 homers, and hit .373. These numbers are preposterous to try to think about. Oh yea, he only lived until he was 35.
